Welcome to German Hanger on Rent. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any engagement or transaction.

1. Service Agreement

All bookings and rentals are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receiving an advance payment. The client agrees to the scope of work and service timeline as discussed and documented.

2. Payment Terms

• 50% advance required to confirm booking
• Remaining balance due before or on the event date
• Late payments may incur additional charges

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund
• No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of the event
• Custom-built setups are non-refundable once production has started

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate event details, access to the venue for setup and breakdown, and ensure safety for all personnel and equipment involved. Damages due to negligence may result in penalties.

5. Use of Equipment

All rented equipment remains the property of German Hanger on Rent. Any damage, loss, or misuse of equipment will be the responsibility of the client and charged accordingly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials displayed or used during the event remain the intellectual property of German Hanger on Rent unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays, third-party failures, or force majeure events beyond our control.

8. Amendments

German Hanger on Rent reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the most recent version.
